 I did a SLOGs session. I'm still doing my own thing.. eg. 3 sets of 100 walk, 300 faster (but not very fast)

 I did Virtual Body Pump and Abs Blast

Sun - 20/11/22

 I did a 10.75 LSR we did the Llanwern loop followed by a clockwise Riverfront loop.

Fri - 18/11/22

 I did Yoga with a few hips and glutes exercises prior to the class

Thu - 17/11/22

 I did body conditioning with Tracey and a few hip and glute exercises afterwards

 I had an introductory session at Ridgway Chiropractor with Jamie Luckett Much of it was question and answer but he did crunch my hip towards the end.

Tue - 15/11/22

 I trained with the SLOGs. Still not doing their intervals though.

 I did Body Conditioning (well, Virtual Body Pump to be precise) and Abs Blast

Sun - 13/11/22

 I did a 6.75 LSR from Albany Street (The Caerleon loop)

Sat - 12/11/22

 I did a lockdown lap as easy fartlek

Thu - 10/11/22

 I did a short interval session on the Caerleon cycle path, followed, a few hours later by a massage with Daniela

 I did Pilates with Michelle

 I did a SLOGs interval session. They did 8 * 400. I did 8 * (300 easy, 100 walk)

Mon - 07/11/23

 I did a virtual body pump session followed by an abs blast session

Sun - 06/11/22

 I did the Richard Burton 10K. I went with Dave and Ann Westley

Sat - 05/11/22

 No training today. I went to Wales v the NZ All-blacks with John the Doc, Ollie, Matt, Steve (John's school friend) and his son Dave. I had pizza and Franco Manga and one pint of lager in the ground. I am doing the RB10K tomorrow. Paul (with Mark) gave me a lift to Cardiff and back to Rhiwderin

 I did a Yoga session with Chris

Thu - 03/11/22

 I did Body Conditioning in the morning and an interval session on Caerleon cycle path in the afternoon. 3 * 3 * 200 (30s, 5m). It was a bit chilly so I was wearing my Karrimor hi-viz. I was doing my 200s in around 60s or maybe a touch slower. My left ankle was a little bit sore possibly an after effect of the morning body conditioning session.

Tue - 01/11/22

 I did a SLOGs session. I did my own thing in a format similar to a Tony-type 300 fast 500 easy. I am not fit at the moment. 

Mon - 31/10/22

 I did a Body Conditioning session with Leanna (Llanwern School PE Teacher) covering the class. It was a good class.  

Sun - 30/10/22

 I did a 10 miles LSR. We did the six miles straits lane loop followed by another loop up to the footbridge.

Sat - 29/10/22

 I did a lockdown lap as a fartlek session using the intervals I have programmed as a workout on Garmin

 I did a SLOGs session from tredegar House. Easy paced session, I'm not fit enough to do intervals yet.
