Tue - 25/01/22

 I did a SLOGs interval session. 4 * 600 + 2 * 400 my 600s (2:58,  2:51, 2:49, 2:44) my 400s (1:42, 1:43)  

Mon - 24/01/22

 I did an Abs Blast session (led by Josh) followed by Body Blast (led by Tracy).

Sun - 23/01/22

 I did a 10 miles LSR with Kate Parry-Jones, John Hill, Dave (The Flying Scotsman) Prowse, Julie Bates and Ian Mcrory Felt a bit tired towards the end but it has been a hard week of training.  

Sat - 22/01/22

 I ran from home to the river front I did the parkrun at and easy pace and ran home.

Fri - 21/01/22

 I did Bootcamp with Nikki

Thu - 20/01/22

 I did an early morning set of 3 * 3 * 200 followed by Body Conditioning with Kelly and then a massage with Jo Adams. The river front path was bit slippy so I did my 200 metre reps on Alicia Crescent. I also did a slight miscalculation and ended up doing a set of 3 followed by a set of 4 followed by a set of 2.

 SLOGs speed work - we did a pyramid session 2 * 400 + 2 * 600 + 2 * 400. my first set of 400s were in 1:53 & 1:51 my 600s 2:56 and 2:50, my final set of 400s 1:50 and 1:45. I ran a final 400 at a relaxed pace in 1:55

 I did a 10 miles LSR (at 11 minutes per mile) with Julie Bates, Dave Prowse, Kate Parry-Jones and John Hill.

 I did the Berkely Green parkrun

 I did a Body Conditioning session followed by a Caerleon Cycle Path out and back 5K

 I did a SLOGs speed work session. 6 * 500 on the tarmac path near Tredegar House

 I did a Body Conditioning session (45 minutes with Kelly)

Sun - 09/01/22

 I did a comfortable 10 mile LSR at 8am from the NISV with Chris davies leading. I was at the rear with John Hill and Julie Bates (mostly)

 I did a Yoga session with Jolin (possibly her last Saturday session)

 I did Body Conditioning (45 minutes with Kelly)

Tue - 04/01/22

 I did Bootcamp in the morning followed by a 3 * 3 * 200 session on Caerleon cycle path in the afternoon. I cut the between sets recovery time to 3 minutes because it was cold.

 I did Body conditioning in the morning (45 minutes with Kelly)

 I did an 8 mile LSR from 14 locks. It was organised by Dave W and there were 13 of us. Me, Dave Westley, Ann Westley, Ann James, Julie Davies, Laura Rendell, John Hill, Justin Taylor, Stuart Lukins, Ian McCrory, Nick Cadman, Ellie Bea Jones, Neil Sidney

 I did  The anti-Drakeford’s lockdown by stealth solo protest parkrun  - 3.5 miles I followed that up with Yoga with Jolin I woke up on Sunday with bruised ankles
