I did Body Conditioning in the morning and an interval session on Caerleon cycle path in the afternoon.
3 * 3 * 200 (30s, 5m). It was a bit chilly so I was wearing my Karrimor hi-viz. I was doing my 200s in around 60s or maybe a touch slower. My left ankle was a little bit sore possibly an after effect of the morning body conditioning session.
