 I did Pilates. Michelle was away so Chris took the class.

I found it hard.. In particular the hip rotations. E.g lying on side and drawing three sizes of ball with foot.

Visualising Tennis Ball, Football, Gym Ball - 3 sets of 10 in each direction.

I gave up on 3 sets of 6 with just the first two sizes of ball.
