I did intervals with the SLOGs. 4 * 600 + 3 * 400

My legs were very tired after yesterday's exercise classes but after the first 600 I felt very good.

This weeks times

my 600s (3:03, 2:56, 2:52, 2:49)

my 400s (1:45, 1:42, 1:38)

 Last week's times..

4 * 600 + 2 * 400

my 600s (2:58, 2:51, 2:49, 2:44)

my 400s (1:42, 1:43)
