    Dry February is still dry.

I went to bed early and slept until around 03:50 I think. That gave me 6 hour sleep!

At the end of yesterday I noticed that my big toe feels a lot more comfortable. I am a bit bunged up though. Is that Pepsi Max I wonder?

I did three exercise classes.. Body Conditioning (Kelly), Abs Blast (Ed) and Body Blast (Tracey)

My big toe is a lot better. My left hip and glutes were very tight in the evening. I used my massage gun and TP balls. I also used my spiky massage stick on calves and quads - these seemed to be in a reasonable state.
